Tony is a second-generation builder and president of Grandscape Homes. He values integrity, honesty, and complete transparency; he takes great pride in the construction of each and every home, crafting each one as if it was his own. Tony is passionate about building and a consummate professional, providing the highest level of customer care to all of his clients.

A skilled general contractor with more than 30 years of experience, Tony has worked across all facets of the building process and brings this knowledge to every project he manages. An excellent communicator, Tony translates client needs into perfectly executed structures and details that seamlessly integrate into the final product.

Lina is the point of contact for all clients, staff, contractors and vendors. Managing the back office function with aplomb, Lina oversees all aspects of the build that occur offsite, ensuring clients receive the latest budgets and estimates, coordinates all communications efforts, performs all of the required office administration functions, and largely, ensures every home is delivered on time and on budget.

With more than 20 years of interior design experience, Denise—together with her staff at Panagakos Designs Inc.—is the go-to designer for Grandscape Homes. Denise’s passion for her work translates to functional, beautiful and original spaces created to suit a homeowner’s specific tastes and lifestyle needs. She has an innate ability to create ambiance and mood through the perfect appointment of furnishings, accents and storage solutions; clients delight in her ability to move their vision to reality.

Jim Bolokoski, via his company, Marimco Management Consultants, is proud to provide accounting and financial services to Grandscape. Jim has more than 30 years of C-suite financial expertise for both public and private companies, including five years spent as a vice president for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Both a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Management Accountant, Jim is more than well equipped to lend his sound financial expertise to Grandscape and its clients.

Anthony always knew he wanted to work in the luxury home business, so he didn’t hesitate to jump right in upon graduating from SAIT in 2013 with a diploma in Architectural Technologies. As the project manager, Anthony works hand in hand with Tony to oversee all aspects of the build, from foundation to the final coat of paint he is integral point of contact between the trades and our clients. Anthony is passionate about building long term relationships and is proud to play an important role in bringing our clients dream home to life.
